“I have a sweet tooth, inspiring me to start baking cakes at a very young age. My very first design, at age four, was a mud cake. Carefully crafted out of garden soil, decorated with fresh flowers and slices of fruit. Mum was furious!”
She no longer uses soil, but now opts for the highest quality ingredients. Being a qualified dietitian with years of experience in catering, she is always able to accommodate clients with special dietary needs.
